Join The Work’s bike techs and learn how to tinker with your bike. Lean how to change a tire, adjust your breaks, adjust your derailleurs, and more. This class will teach you how to get that old bike back on the road and keep it in good working order. Don’t forget to bring your bike! Price does not include parts.

American River White Water Rafting Overnighter

Join Outdoor Recreation as we head towards the Sierra Nevada Mountains into the heart of Gold Country. We will whitewater raft for two days while enjoying great weather, good people and good food. These overnight trips are a blast! Come and join us for a day of river running through rapids such as Triple Threat and Trouble Maker. Once we are off the river, we will set up camp, cook a delicious dinner and enjoy good conversation under the stars. The next morning after breakfast, we will hop back onto the river and ride through the gorge in such rapids as Satan’s Cesspool and Fowler’s Rock.
** There will be a pre-trip meeting Jul 9 at 5pm, everyone must attend.

And don’t forget the 1000 species of plants and animals and awesome views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. Trip includes transportation, food and some equipment.
