The Travis Sailing Center is a recreational activity of the 60 Services Squadron, Travis AFB dedicated to providing active duty, reserve, and retired US Armed Services, Coast Guard, federal civilian, and CG Auxiliary members recreational and boating opportunities for all skill levels on the San Francisco Bay . The TSC offers an American Sailing Association (ASA) certified sail training program, sailboat rentals, a Rent-a-Skipper program, and marina complex with over 80 slips available for rent.
Rent-A-Skipper Program
Persons with no experience or certification can rent a sailboat for up to 6 persons (varies with boat rented). A volunteer skipper will be provided for your excursion on the bay. Due to the heavy demand for this program, reservations recommended.
27 ft Sailboats --> $100/day
30 ft Sailboat(one boat available)--> $125/day

Presidio Yacht Club
The historic Presidio Yacht Club and it's members are active in bay area yacht racing, power and sail cruising; as well as the local, regional and international boating community.
Relax with our spectacular view of the Marina, Bay & the Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoy a burger, salad and other items from the Mike’s Place menu. We boast a full bar with beer on tap and a wide selection of cocktails.
The Grill is open:
Friday 4-9pm
Saturday 11am-9pm
Sunday 11am-6pm and by special request.
Sailing Programs
The American Sailing Association conducts two certified classes for individuals seeking basic keelboat and/or coastal cruising saling training. Call the Travis Marina for more information
