LODGING
GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (NF-0303-01)
Applicant
must have experience in general clerical work of any kind in which the
applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade
level of the position. Experience must
have demonstrated the ability to resolve common arithmetic problems and to make
correct change when receiving payment from customers. Must be able to read, write and communicate
effectively in the English language.
Experience as a telephone operator is desirable. Must have the ability to hear conversational
voice without the use of a hearing aid. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to work an uncommon tour of
duty, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

LEAD GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
(NF-0303-02)
Progressively
responsible experience in clerical or office work of any kind in which the
applicant demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level
of the position. Experience which
demonstrates the applicant’s ability to lead the work of others is
desirable. This is a position of trust. Must obtain a favorable National Agency Check
(NAC).
LODGING MANAGER (NF-1173-04)
Three
(3) years of experience in the operational management of AF Services programs
related to lodging, recreation, sports and fitness, hospitality and food
service programs (i.e., clubs, restaurant, or dining facilities) or business
management (i.e., bowling, golf). This
experience must have included responsibility or supervision over various phases
of program operations sufficient to demonstrate uniform accounting and supply
procedures, facility management, and supervision of a subordinate staff. This experience may have been gained in the
operation or management of a civilian or military lodging program. A baccalaureate degree in hotel management,
hospitality, or business, in addition to 2 years of experience as described
above, may be substituted for the required 3 years of experience. Incumbent must sign the Air Force mobility
Agreement with the expectation of an approximate 3 to 5 year change of
assignment. This is a position of trust. Must obtain a favorable National Agency Check
(NAC).
OFFICE AUTOMATION CLERK (NF-0326-01)
Applicant
must have experience in responsible clerical or office work of any kind in
which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at
the grade level of the position. In
addition to the above requirements, the applicant is required to demonstrate
possession of an adequate degree of proficiency in typing methods using word
processing equipment. Must be a
qualified typist. This is a position of
trust. Must obtain a favorable National
Agency Check (NAC).
ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN (NF-0525-03)
Must
have experience in work that provided comprehensive knowledge of fund
accounting methods, procedures, and techniques used in maintaining and
analyzing all classes of accounts in accounting system, encompassing a number
of diversified activities; ability to prepare financial statements and
reports. Knowledge and understanding of
the regulations, guides and precedents sufficient to interpret and apply them
in a variety of accounting situations.
Knowledge of the accounting system sufficient to flow individual funds
and specific monies from initiation through expenditure stages in order to
trace discrepancies in the system. This
is a position of trust. Must obtain a
favorable National Agency Check (NAC).
SUPERVISORY LODGING ASSISTANT (NF-0303-03)
Applicant
must have progressively responsible experience in a civilian or military
lodging program which has provided a general knowledge of housing utilization,
including a familiarity with eligibility, occupancy and termination
activities. In addition, applicant must
have specialized experience which was gained in the operation or management of
at least one phase of a civilian or military lodging program which demonstrates
the applicants ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the
position. The experience must include
the demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and schedule subordinates in the
accomplishment of lodging related work.
Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement for working with
and/or serving alcoholic beverages. This
is a position of trust. Must obtain a
favorable National Agency Check (NAC).
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER (NF-1101-03)
Experience
and/or training which has provided a general knowledge of housekeeping
operations. Supervisory and/or
managerial experience. Must be able to
speak, read and write proficient English.

CUSTODIAL WORKER (NA-3566-01)
No
previous experience or training is required.
Must be able to follow simple oral and written instructions and be able
to use hand or lightweight powered cleaning tools or equipment. Must be physically able to frequently lift
and empty wastebaskets, and occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20
pounds. Must be able to continuously
stand, stoop, and reach for long periods of time. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a
pre-employment physical. This is a
position of trust. Must obtain a
favorable National Agency Check (NAC).
CUSTODIAL WORKER (NA-3566-02)
Must
have experience in the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Must be able to clean and make adjustments to
powered cleaning equipment. Must be able
to perform the full range of cleaning duties.
Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties
with several distinct tasks or steps.
Must be physically able to lift and carry up and down a flight of
stairs, objects weighing about 30 pounds.
Must be able to move furniture in order to clean/shampoo behind it. Must be able to work from ladders. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach and
work on hands and knees for long periods of time. This is a position of trust. Must obtain a favorable National Agency Check

CUSTODIAL WORKER SUPERVISOR (NS-3566-01)
Experience
as a custodial worker. Experience which
has demonstrated the ability to supervise.

CUSTODIAL WORKER SUPERVISOR (NS-3566-03)
Experience
and/or training which has provided a general knowledge of housekeeping

SUPERVISORY SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (OA)
(NF-2005-03)
Progressively
responsible experience in supply work which provided knowledge of rules,
regulations, procedures, and program requirements of the local supply
organization serviced. Knowledge of
supply inventory and accountability procedures and regulations. Experience must have been sufficiently
demanding to demonstrate the ability to apply basic analytical methods and
techniques to resolve supply problems and/or deviations from normal supply
management procedures or program requirements.
Knowledge and ability to perform a range of standard clerical
assignments and to resolve recurring problems.
Typing skills are required. Must
be able to communicate orally and in writing.
Ability to use standard computer software. This is a position of trust. Must obtain a favorable National Agency Check
(NAC).
ACQUISITION CLERK (NF-1101-02)
Experience
which provides knowledge of commercial sources of supply. Ability to read and understand existing
agreements and contracts. May substitute 12 semester hours in business
administration or accounting. Proficient
computer skills using Windows and Microsoft Office or other widely used word
processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to communicate effectively in the
English language is required. This is a
position of trust. Must obtain a
favorable National Agency Check (NAC).
SUPPLY CLERK (NF-2005-01)
Applicants
must have experience in responsible clerical or office work in which the
applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade
level of the position. Skill in word
processing is desirable. Must have current
driver’s license. This is a position of
trust. Must obtain a favorable National
Agency Check (NAC).
GARDENER (NA-5003-04)
Must
have general knowledge of landscaping, and the ability to apply knowledge to
specific tasks associated with planting, re-sodding,
watering, spraying, fertilizing, cutting, pruning, trimming, etc. Must be able to operate and clean hand and
power operated gardening tools and equipment.
Must be able to follow written and/or oral instructions. Must be physically able to frequently lift
and carry heavy objects weighing 100 pounds.
Must be able to actively walk, stand, push, bend, stoop, climb, and work
in awkward positions. Must be able to
satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. This is a position of trust. Must obtain a favorable National Agency Check
(NAC).
LABORER (NA-3502-02)
No
previous experience or training is required.
Must be able to use, control, and clean common hand tools, and simple
power equipment. Knowledge of basic hand
tools and simple power equipment such as hand-saws, hatchets, clippers, hand
lawnmowers, and walking-type mowers.
Must be able to read and follow simple signs and specific written and/or
oral instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps. Must be physically able to lift and carry
objects weighing up to 40 pounds and be able to occasionally lift and carry
objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must
be able to actively bend, stoop, stand, reach, and work in awkward
positions. Must satisfactorily complete
a pre-employment physical. This is a

LABORER (NA-3502-03)
Experience
which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Must be able to follow oral and written
instructions. Must be physically able to
lift and carry 50 pounds. Must be able
to work under general supervision. Must
able to drive an electric or gas-powered delivery cart. Must be able to continuously stand, stoop,
and reach for long periods of time. Must
be able to read, write and communicate effectively in the English
language. This is a position of

RICKENBACKER’S CAFÉ SUPERVISOR (NF-1101-03)
Applicant
must have responsible experience which demonstrated the ability to manage a
restaurant activity. This experience may
have been gained in an operating, administrative, or managerial position which
included responsibility for various phases of restaurant operations, such as
equipment and supply accountability, financial management, or planning
organizational or club activities. The
experience must have provided knowledge of accounting and financial planning
principles and procedures. Must have
progressively responsible experience in quantity cooking, overseeing
preparation of a variety of food items; planning menus and insuring quality and
cost control, inventory and equipment.
Also, applicant must have experience which demonstrated ability to
supervise, train and schedule subordinates, or have ability to supervise, train
and schedule subordinates, or have experience which shows the potential to
develop these qualities. Must pass a
physical examination. Must be able to
obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate. Must
read, write and communicate effectively in the English language. This is a position of trust. Must obtain a favorable National Agency Check
(NAC).
FOOD SERVICE WORKER (NA-7408-02)
No
previous experience required. Ability to
read and understand written material and be able to follow simple oral
instructions. Must be able to use tools
for cleaning and operating simple machines.
Must be able to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 20
pounds, and occasionally over 20 pounds with assistance. Must be able to continuously stand, walk,
stoop, reach, push and bend for long periods of time. Must This is a position of trust. Must obtain a favorable National Agency Check
(NAC).
GUEST SERVICES MANAGER (NF-0303-03)
Must
have functional experience and a demonstrated mastery of front desk operations
from either military or civilian hotel operation, and the ability to build
teams and work with others. Applicant
must have experience in general clerical or cashier work of any kind in which
the applicant has demonstrated the ability to resolve common arithmetic
problems, and to make change when receiving payment from customers. Must be able to read, speak, and write
English. Must meet state and legal age
requirement for sale of alcoholic beverages.
Supervisory experience in another lodging function such as housekeeping,
logistics, etc., may be substituted for front desk experience. This is a position of trust. Must obtain a favorable National Agency Check
(NAC).
MAINTENANCE WORKER (NA-4749-07)
Experience
which has demonstrated skill in carpentry, painting, use of hand tools and
operating equipment. Experience performing
repair and maintenance work on a variety of small equipment. Must possess or obtain a valid driver’s
license. Must be able to speak, read and
write proficient English. This is a
position of trust. Must obtain a
favorable National Agency Check (NAC).
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (NS-4749-05)
Increasingly
responsible experience as a maintenance worker.
Skill and experience in (sub-journey level i.e., NA-06 or above)
plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry work is required. Experience in gardening is desirable, but not
required. Ability to supervise is
required, as demonstrated by experience as a supervisor or by project
management assignments. Must possess a
valid driver’s license. Must have the
ability to complete a variety of reports and track maintenance requirements and
completions. Must be able to read, write
